He was the son of Carloman Philogène Brulart, Comte de Sillery (ca. 1663–1727) and Mary-Louise Bigot. He married Charlotte Félicité Le Tellier (1708–1783), on July 19, 1722; they had a daughter, Adelaide Felicite. He was a Knight of the Order of the Holy Spirit (1748), Knight of the Order of Saint Michael (1748). ...   He was the son of Carloman Philogène Brulart, Comte de Sillery (ca. 1663–1727) and Mary-Louise Bigot.
